Can I stay in Germany after completing my studies?
Students coming to Germany and wishing to complete their studies at a German university have the right to stay in Germany after the end of their studies and are looking for work for a period of 18 months.
If you got a job in Germany during the previous period, you must extend your visa for the residence permit or work permit to be sure that you are living in the country legally.
